1. In pairs, use the menu in Activity E and role-play a conversation between a waiter and a customer. (Làm việc theo cặp, sử dụng menu trong Hoạt động E và nhập vai vào cuộc trò chuyện giữa người phục vụ và khách hàng)

• Student A: You are the waiter. Take the customer's order. Then read the order back to them.
• Student B: You are the customer. Order a meal from the menu.

For example:

- A: Hello, this is menu. Are you ready to order?

- B: Yes.

- A: What would you like for appetizer?  

- B: I'd like cheese plate. Give me this one, please!

- A: Ok, and what about main dishes?

- B: I don't like chicken. Please, give me New York steak and salad.

- A: Do you like somthings for desserts?

- B: Do you have ice cream?

- A: Yes, we have strawberry ice cream. Do you like it?

- B: OK, give me one, and mineral water, please.

- A: So you have ordered cheese plate, New York steak and salad, strawberry ice cream and mineral water. Your meal will be ready in about 20 minutes. Please wait!
