1. Match the words in the box with devices A-H in the pictures. (Ghép các từ trong hộp với thiết bị A-H trong hình)

2. Listen to a conversation in a shop. What device is Tim complaining about? (Nghe một cuộc trò chuyện trong một cửa hàng. Tim phàn nàn về thiết bị nào?)

3. Listen to the conversation again and write True or False. Correct the false sentences. (Nghe lại đoạn hội thoại và viết Đúng hoặc Sai. Sửa các câu sai)

4. Complete the dialogue with the key phrases. Listen and check. Then listen again and repeat the dialogue. (Hoàn thành đoạn hội thoại với các cụm từ chính. Nghe và kiểm tra. Sau đó nghe lại và lặp lại đoạn hội thoại)

5. USE IT! Work in pairs. You have a problem with a device and you are making a complaint. Prapare and practise a new dialogue using the ideas below or your own ideas. Use the model dialogue and the key phrases.

For example:

• Idea: You can't go on the internet with your new mobile phone. (Em không thể truy cập internet với chiếc điện thoại mới của mình)

- Good morning. How can I help you?

- I'd like to make complaint. I. bought this mobile phone here yesterday and  there is something wrong with this. I can't go on the internet.

- I'm terribly sorry about that. Let me see!

- Is there something wrong? Can I change it for a different one?

- Keep calm, please. The problem is not as complicated as you think. We can fix it!

- OK, I'll wait.

- Don't worry, if there is any problem, we will do the procedure to exchange it for you.
